Technical Equipment
In the field of polymer reactive processing, we possess the most comprehensive technical equipment in the country, including a series of twin-screw extruders and analysis and testing equipment. Twin-screw Extruder Series
We have a series of twin-screw extruder units ranging from small to large, such as the TSE-20, TSE-35, TSE-50, and TSE-65 series, with screw length-to-diameter ratios ranging from 20:1 to 62:1. We also have dedicated precise metering and feeding devices, solution atomization systems, specially designed feed ports, and various pelletizing methods such as center strand cutting and water ring pelletizing. These can meet the needs of small-scale, medium-scale, and batch production of various chemical grafting products in this field.
Analysis and Testing Equipment: Including Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, bond strength tester, electronic universal testing machine, heat distortion temperature tester, gel determination device, chemical analysis device, injection molding machine and mold, hot press molding machine, impact tester, constant temperature and humidity chamber in the range of -60°C to 300°C, etc.
Technological Strength The Engineering (Technology) Center has a total of 45 technical personnel, including 19 researchers. Among them, there are 7 Ph.D. holders, 4 senior engineers, and 5 master's degree holders. In addition, two senior consultants have been hired. The company adopts independent development, industry-university-research cooperation, and other methods to carry out scientific research and breakthroughs in new technologies and processes. It has completed 15 scientific research industrialization projects, technological transformation projects, and entrepreneurship funds, including 4 national key new product plan projects, 1 national Torch Program industrialization project, and 3 projects that have won Ningbo Science and Technology Progress Awards. It has applied for more than 40 Chinese invention patents, with 16 valid invention patents currently. These achievements not only provide technical support for the timely launch of urgently needed new products in the market but also greatly enhance the company's core technological level, keeping the company in a leading position domestically in terms of technology and laying the technical foundation for catching up with international advanced levels.
