September 4, 2001: Ningbo Materchem Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established.

Two production lines started to operate in 2003.

In 2002, Materchem moved into Beilun Science and Technology Park, and our production line began operation

In 2004, we introduced the first domestically-produced HFFR cable compounds coupling agents, replacing imported products and filling a void in the domestic market.

 plastic alloy compounding agents invented by Ningbo Materchem Technology Co., Ltd. were included in the list of national key products.

Company’s production line moved to Xiapu Industrial Park.

In 2007, the company acquired land in Chunxiao and prepared for new production base.

The company was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, and its municipal-level R&D engineering centre was established.

In 2009, the base in Xiapu expanded with new workshops, upgrading production capacity. Two products were selected for national-level projects

In 2010, the company headquarters relocated to Chunxiao, while the research and development center was upgraded to a provincial-level engineering technology center.

The postgraduate working station was established in 2011.

The company launched FH series low-VOC grafting PP products to the market, becoming the first domestic manufacturer of such products.

In 2013, Ningbo Materchem Technology Co., Ltd.launched the first domestic odourless coupling agent.

Construction of Phase II in Chunxiao was completed, and the Xiapu were relocated to Chunxiao. The company faced financial difficulties and experienced its most challenging year.

Ningbo Materchem Technology Co., Ltd. established a provincial-level postdoctoral workstation.

In 2016, the company established an Academician Workstation, becoming the sole champion in the compatibilizer industry. In November of the same year, it converted to a joint-stock company.

The company was listed on the New Third Stock Board

The company expanded its business into new areas, including adhesive resins and automotive lightweight materials.

The subsidiary in Ganzhou settled in the Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The Ganzhou subsidiary successfully commenced production, with a combined total capacity of 100,000 tons between the two locations

The adhesive resin series products were officially put into production

The full degradable series products commenced production at the Ganzhou subsidiary
